Training offered by Hilary Rose Personnel and Associates can be adapted to suit the organisation.
Our aim is to discuss the training requirements and either offer a generic workshop or one specifically written to accommodate an organisation’s goals and objectives.
Our workshops are written to include participation from the delegates attending whether that is exercises; questionnaires, self analysis, quizzes or role plays giving a delegate ample opportunity to put what they have learnt into practice, before taking it back into the workplace.
Our training workshops are friendly and informal, small in number so that each delegate gets the benefit from individual support, participation and a chance to benchmark themselves against others. We offer all of our courses at venues across the West Midlands or in-house.
We aim to make the workshops interesting and fun whilst also getting a serious message regarding employee management across.
